COconut Grove

Welcome to Coconut Grove

As Miami’s oldest neighborhood, this historic tropical paradise is any outdoorsy person’s place to be! Home to yacht clubs, lush parks, one of Miami’s largest marinas and the stunning Vizcaya Estate and Gardens: the most elaborate cultivated garden in South Florida, Coconut Grove is the perfect place to soak in Miami’s natural habitat and live life outdoors! The Grove, as it’s known to locals, is famous for both its downtown strip and the bayfront. Its downtown area features the Cocowalk shopping mall, as well as a number of local bars, boutiques, and restaurants in the colorful surrounding blocks.

What to Expect

The Grove offers real estate for all budgets from the area’s newer mansions and larger homes primarily located within secluded gated communities to reasonably priced duplexes near its downtown area.

What NOT to Expect

To be in the middle of the action. While not too far from Miami’s Brickell & downtown, Coconut Grove offers a suburban feel with a European twist.
